About the Role

Tenengroup is a global e commerce company with multiple brands, millions of customers, and an in house platform we built from the ground up. We need a Product Manager first: someone who can own a roadmap, obsess over funnels, run tight sprints, and ship features that move the needle.

But we also need that PM to be AI native. AI isn’t a buzzword to us. It’s an operating system upgrade for how we build products, make decisions, and ship. So we’re looking for a PM who doesn’t just “use AI tools” but thinks in AI. Someone who wakes up excited about what’s newly possible, and goes to sleep prototyping it. If you’re still debating whether it’s a fad, this role is not for you.


Responsibilities

Own the Product, End to End

•      Define, prioritize, and drive the storefront platform roadmap. You own the “why” and the “what”, and you fight for what matters most.

•      Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering can actually build from. No hand waving.

•      Run the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, development, launch, and iteration. You’re accountable for outcomes, not just output.

•      Maintain a deep understanding of the e commerce funnel. You live and breathe conversion rate optimization, and you know which levers actually move revenue.

•      Collaborate with the data team to monitor key performance metrics, design experiments, and make decisions grounded in evidence, not gut feeling.

Supercharge It All with AI

•      Use AI and vibe coding to rapidly prototype ideas, validate concepts, and build functional proofs of concept before a single engineering sprint is planned. You don’t wait for specs to be approved; you show up with a working demo.

•      Identify and drive AI powered product features across the customer journey, from AI driven discovery and exploration, to personalized recommendations, smart search, and dynamic content generation.

•      Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI capabilities into our products. You’re the person who finds the new tool on Tuesday and has it in production by Thursday.

Lead Across Teams

•      Work with R&D to facilitate idea to delivery with AI flows. You should be pushing PRs in no time.

•      Champion the integration of AI across product workflows, not just in the product itself, but in how we build, test, and iterate as a team.

•      Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, design, and business stakeholders. Translate their needs into product specs, and then surprise them by shipping faster than they thought possible.

•      Facilitate seamless feature rollouts and integrations, aligning efforts between R&D, marketing, and customer facing teams. You’re the glue that keeps everyone moving in the same direction.


Requirements

The non negotiables:

•    3+ years as a Product Manager in D2C or B2C e commerce is a must.

•      You are AI obsessed. You use AI tools daily, not because someone told you to, but because you can’t imagine working without them. You have opinions about which LLMs are best for what. You’ve vibe coded a working product or feature. You’ll need to show us.

•      You’re technical enough to be dangerous. You understand web technologies, APIs, and integrations. You don’t need engineers to explain architecture to you. You can read the docs yourself.

•      You communicate with clarity and conviction. You can pitch an idea to the CEO, align a room of stakeholders, and write a spec for the dev team in the same afternoon.

•      You’re deeply analytical. You live in data. GA4, GTM, and experimentation frameworks are second nature. You know the difference between a stat sig result and noise.

•      You have a strong product sense and solid understanding of UX principles. You can look at a user flow and immediately spot where it breaks.

What will set you apart:

•      You’ve built something real with AI tools. A prototype, a product, an internal tool, a side project. Something you can demo. Talk is cheap; we want to see what you’ve shipped.

•      You have a vision for how AI will reshape e commerce in the next 2 years, and you’re impatient to make it happen.

•      You’re a hands on doer with a bias for action. You’d rather ship an 80% solution today than a perfect one next quarter.

•      You’ve managed complex technical integrations and know how to work with engineering teams without slowing them down.
