About the Role
We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Customer Engagement Executives to drive meaningful conversations with potential customers and support business growth. This role works directly with the Sales Head, offering high visibility, faster learning, and clear growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers through calls and digital communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.

Build and nurture strong customer relationships to drive conversions.

Follow up on leads and move them through the engagement and sales pipeline.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Coordinate closely with the Sales Head and marketing team on lead strategies.

Meet and exceed engagement and conversion targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications

0–3 years of experience in customer engagement, inside sales, or client-facing roles (freshers welcome).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Customer-first mindset with persuasive and problem-solving abilities.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
