The Norfolk Companies and Norfolk Kitchen & Bath continue to invest in and grow its Construction Divisions across Multifamily, Property Management, and Design-Build channels. As we expand our self-perform capabilities, we are actively hiring experienced, skilled Carpenters to join our team.
Norfolk Multifamily are hiring experienced finish carpenters for multifamily kitchen installation work out of our Braintree, MA location. If you've got experience running cabinet and countertop installs in apartment or multifamily buildings and you can move efficiently without cutting corners — we want to talk to you.
The work: Kitchen cabinet and countertop installation in multifamily and apartment settings. You know the deal — multiple units, consistent layouts, working on an active property. The pace is real but so are the standards. We supply the product out of our own manufacturing or distribution operation so material flow is reliable.
The pay: Up to $35.00/hour depending on experience. Full-time, year-round.

Requirements
What we need:
- 3+ years experience in cabinet or finish carpentry — multifamily or production install experience is a real plus
- Able to work efficiently across multiple units while maintaining quality
- Comfortable working in occupied or semi-occupied buildings — professionalism matters
- Clean driver's license and reliable
- Able to lift and move materials 75+ lbs.
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- OSHA 10 preferred
