About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, motivated CIPP Install Technician to join our trenchless rehabilitation crew. This position involves hands-on rehabilitation of sanitary and storm sewers using CIPP methods (steam and water inversion as well as pull in place). Work includes regular travel throughout the state of Michigan.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform cleaning, inspection, and rehabilitation on sanitary and storm pipes.
  • Follow all company and job-site safety standards.
  • Drive and operate CDL-required vehicles.
  • Travel to job sites throughout the state of Michigan staying overnight at jobsites (home on weekends). 
  • Support crew leadership and continue developing technical skills.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Michigan CDL Class B with tanker endorsement (required minimum).
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, squat, and stand for long periods of time.
