All of the milk we use is from local, grass-fed, pasture-raised, hormone and RBST-free cows. We combine our proprietary dairy base with the finest handpicked ingredients from around the world to churn up a decadent 16-18% butterfat ice cream. All of our recipes are developed from scratch in our 5000 sq ft ice cream kitchen. About the Role

Description

The Content Creator position will assist the marketing department with its initiatives and programs, with an emphasis on photo and video content. This role will coordinate marketing and community events, contribute to existing programs, and lead the development and execution of all digital marketing deliverables. Collect data about target demographics and analyze market trends to improve Clementine’s marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute all photo and video initiatives for all digital channels, including social media, website, email, advertisements and more as needed.  
  • Draft engaging copy across digital channels with a strong brand voice
  • Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy
  • Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal tools
  • Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to the marketing team
  • Coordinate program for parlor brand ambassadors
  • Assist with other marketing projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field
  • 0-2 years of marketing experience
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional writing skills, with an ability to share messaging that is clear, concise and engaging content for diverse audiences
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Travel is required, and thus, access to a reliable source of transportation is necessary
