Responsibilities:
Energy Utilities & Resources Practice context:
The Energy Utilities & Resources Practice (EU&R) at PwC India specializes in providing advisory services to Energy Utilities and mining companies across the value chain. The services range from providing program management services, strategy, business plan, commercial due diligence, policy and regulatory, capacity building, transaction advisory, project risk assessment and mitigation, bid advisory and other suite of services that are tailor made to Client’s requirements.
Duties and Accountabilities
The successful candidate will become a member of PwC’s EU&R team and will report to the Manager/ Senior Manager of the team. The candidate’s work program will be primarily focused on operational work. More specifically, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Preparing deliverables (which could be reports, presentations, financial models etc.) as per the consulting engagement requirements adhering to the quality standards and engagement timelines.
• Contribute to business development activities including preparation of business proposals, response to RFPs/ RFQs, presentation decks etc.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and thought leadership papers or other marketing assets,
• Work collaboratively with other team colleagues collectively to deliver complex consulting engagements.
Selection Criteria
• Maximum work experience of 2 years in a fast pace environment.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into easily understood and actionable information, including charts/ graphs.
• Excellent workflow management and task organization skills; ability to anticipate and take responsibility for all aspects of coordination of the workflow of assigned responsibilities.
• Strong skills in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Presentation)
• Strong ability to work with and coordinate among diverse teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Readiness to travel at short notice as well as relocate based on requirements of the consulting engagements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity to provide appropriate recommendations to address identified challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to work flexibly on a range of assignments, adjust to changes in schedule and priorities, juggle concurrent yet disparate tasks effectively and efficiently, and work with very tight deadlines.
