About the role - Customer Service Delivery Representative at Smith&Smith®
We’re growing our awesome Napier crew (yep — growing, not replacing!) and we’re on the hunt for Customer Service Representatives who love great people, good laughs, and being part of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
Your main focus will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us, with day-to-day tasks involving the handling of customer enquiries, processing orders, and addressing any concerns of complaints promptly and professionally.
Embracing a cross-functional approach, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with teams across the organisation, such as logistics and branch operations – supporting our mission to help keep people safe on our roads.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and vibrant team and given full support and training to ensure you are perfectly equipped with all the knowledge and solutions you will need to help with customer queries.
If you’re looking for a workplace where the culture matters as much as the customer — think slushy machine breaks, prizes for recognition, upbeat team energy, and the chance to help shape a growing Napier hub — then you’ve just found your people.
Bring your personality, your positivity, and your passion for helping others. We’ll bring the fun, the support, and a team you’ll look forward to seeing every day.
Location: Napier Support Office (105 Ford Road, Onewaka 4110)
Hours: 40 hours per week rostered between 07:00am and 05:00pm Monday to Saturday, with the Saturday worked on rotation.
What we’re looking for
Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally with phone or administration will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer support when customer expectations were not met.
Excellent multitasker.
Confident with computers and using multiple systems.
Ability to work independently and efficiently while also ensuring availability to work the rostered hours between 07:00am and 07:00pm Monday to Saturday, with the Saturday worked on rotation.
