About the Role

Role Summary:

The Product Lead role is focused on supporting Caseware revenue growth through product consulting, implementation support, client demonstrations, training delivery, and after-sales support, with a strong emphasis on customer onboarding, retention, and sales enablement.

 

Key Required Experience & Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in External Audit and/or Audit Consulting
  • Practical experience using Caseware solutions
  • Ability to deliver client demos, presentations, and training sessions
  • Experience supporting implementation projects and after-sales support
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably ZOHO CRM)
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and professional English communication


Requirements

  • Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in External Audit / Audit Consulting, with direct exposure to Caseware and client engagement delivery.
