About the Role

Description

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations and team. In this role, you’ll set the tone for the guest experience, grow and develop a high-performing team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll collaborate closely with other leaders and play a key role in delivering consistent excellence to our guests and staff.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a team that lives out our values and culture
  • Hire, train, mentor, and manage team members
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience every shift
  • Manage restaurant financials and achieve performance goals
  • Oversee labor and scheduling to maximize productivity
  • Partner with marketing on local store initiatives
  • Drive a positive and safe work environment
  • Monitor inventory and control food and labor costs
  • Uphold all company policies and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Be hands-on in daily operations - from FOH to BOH

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience (casual or fine dining)
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with POS systems, restaurant software, and Excel (preferred)
  • Understanding of P&L and key restaurant metrics
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
