We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor for our arcade operation within Kalahari Dells

What will you be doing as a Shift Supervisor with Family Entertainment Group?
- Providing excellent guest service
- Assisting guests with purchasing game cards
- Assisting guests with arcade games and attractions
- Ensuring the location is safe and clean for our guests
- Filling games with tickets and fixing minor arcade game problems
- Managing and balancing cash drawers
- Representing the company in addressing guest concerns
- Providing leadership to a team of amazing co-workers

Requirements
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience in guest service / customer service roles
- Has experience leading teams of staff members toward success
- Has the ability to train and coach staff members on tasks and guest service
- Has experience counting and balancing cash drawers and deposits
- Is energetic, outgoing, and upbeat. Sets a positive example for the team.
- Enjoys making a difference in the lives of our guests through outstanding guest service
- Is coachable and willing to learn. No arcade supervisory experience is required for this position, we will provide you with all the training you need!
- Enjoys being part of a team and has a teamwork attitude
- Is willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
