PAY RANGE: $19.07 - $39.27/hour

This position is for the Electronic Services unit within the Support Services Department.


Seeking candidates who are quick learners, dependable, self-motivated and have a positive attitude.  Functions of the Electronic Services unit include ACH processing, wire transfers, electronic services applications, RDC enrollment, Billpay, dormant accounts/escheatment, and mailroom operations.

Requirements

Requirements of this position include:

  • Good computer skills, with an ability to quickly learn new applications and processes.  Frequently used applications include DSUI, ReACH, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to research and resolve balancing outages.
  • The ability to evaluate risk, balancing member service with protecting the interests of the credit union as a whole.
  • An understanding of EECU's products and services.
  • An understanding of banking regulations, particularly Reg E.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
  • A focus on service to members, team members, and other departments within the organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
