What You’ll Do

Support daily housekeeping operations and team coordination
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards
Assist with staffing, training and performance support for team members
Monitor inventory of linens, supplies and equipment
Communicate with Front Desk and Maintenance to support guest needs

Requirements

Previous housekeeping supervisory or hospitality experience preferred
Strong leadership, organization and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40+ pounds
Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
