Park Lead (Part-Time)


Primary Role:
Oversee park operations, safety, and maintenance while leading Park Monitors and serving as the primary on-floor authority.


Key Duties:

  • Supervise and support Park Monitors to ensure rules are consistently enforced and guest safety remains the top priority.
  • Oversee daily park operations, ensuring all inflatables and play areas are clean, organized, and functioning properly.
  • Conduct routine safety checks and address or escalate maintenance concerns promptly.

  • Train Park Monitors, modeling proper rule enforcement and guest interaction.
  • Manage crowd flow during peak times and adjust staff positioning as needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for parents or guardians who have questions or concerns about rules.
  • Confidently and professionally explain policies while maintaining a positive guest experience.
  • Respond to incidents or injuries according to company protocol and complete required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards

Leadership Expectations:

  • Lead from the floor, not from the sidelines.
  • Set the tone for professionalism, energy, and accountability.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Maintain calm authority in high-energy or high-pressure situations.

Guaranteed 25 hours a week

Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older (required to supervise minor team members).   
  • Previous leadership or recreation/hospitality experience preferred.   
  • Confident in enforcing rules respectfully but firmly.   
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.   
  • High awareness and attention to detail.   
  • Weekend and peak-hour availability required.
