We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the Finance Office.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Assisting the Finance Manager in leading the procurement team to perform day-to-day operations and administering corporate insurance programs;
- Handling procurement projects independently and providing support to tender boards;
- Overseeing inventory stock and maintaining accurate fixed asset records;
- Coordinating with stakeholders, developing category strategies and executing strategic sourcing to achieve business goals;
- Streamlining procurement operations, enhancing systems, and analyzing data for management decisions; and
- Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- A recognized degree in Purchasing, Supply Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
- 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience in procurement, tendering and vendor management function, preferably gained from multinational or sizable organizations;
- Proven track record in developing and implementing procurement strategies, policies and guidelines and cost management initiatives;
- Possess good planning, problem-solving, interpersonal and organization skills;
- Good command of English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua);
- Logical mind with service mindset, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and meticulousness; and
- High proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, with experience in the Oracle Financials(purchasing module)/e-tendering/supplier sourcing/inventory management system being an advantage.

An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates.
