Job Description

To serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by developing and implementing the Wellness strategy and supporting the Wellness Director in all wellness related responsibilities and issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in health science, Nutritionist or related field.
  • Previous experience in a wellness center, spa, or health-related setting preferred.
  • ฺBackground in Nutritionist preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of wellness programs, products, and services.
  • Strong knowledge of wellness principles, nutrition, fitness, and holistic health practices.
  • Excellent organizational, management and written and verbal communication skills (English) and computer skills.
  • Guest focused integrative, co-operative approach with guests and colleagues.
  • Excellent presentation; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to develop rapport and trust with clients and motivate them to achieve their wellness goals.
  • Passion for wellness and helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
