Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Boston, MA. This role is essential to ensuring seamless communication between our clients and operations teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, resolving inquiries, and supporting the coordination of logistics services to meet and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and service requests
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Monitor shipments, track orders, and provide status updates
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Assist in preparing reports and performance summaries for clients
