Artlist is looking for a SalesForce Admin to join our SalesOps team. 

It is imperative for us to find a candidate who embraces challenges, is eager to learn, and is passionate about succeeding. The SalesForce Admin will be responsible for all our sales team's platforms, such as Salesforce, Outreach, Monday.com, etc. 

The ideal candidate has a strong background in data manipulation and Salesforce setup and integration.


Wake up for this:

  • Design, develop, implement, and monitor sales processes and system integrations.
  • Provide Salesforce maintenance and support, including Leads Routing Process, "Lead-to-Closed Won" assistance and Partner Portal administration.
  • Create and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and support users with custom reports and dashboards.
  • Prepare data sets for business reviews, analyzing sales data and consumer trends for optimization opportunities.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Provide support for the full sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, Monday.com, Zapier and other business applications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales/business operations experience or a similar position.
  • Experience with Salesforce Partner Portals (or similar Community/Experience Cloud experience).
  • Expertise in building in salesforce advanced Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Reports and Dashboards - MUST.
  • Experience with building custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, approval processes, and email alerts in Salesforce - MUST.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems (Outreach, Zendesk, Ironclad, Chili Piper, etc.) - MUST.
  • SQL knowledge - Advantage.
  • Analytical mindset- ability to translate complex data into business insights. 
  • Experience building and monitoring workflows with Zapier/Workato - Advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and drive processes end-to-end.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and strong communication skills (excellent English speaker/writer).
