About the Role

Description

Process and complete all requested medical forms accurately and in a timely manner.

Collect and post payments for requested forms per office policy.

Scans all loose documents into the EMR and ensure proper documentation.

Contacts patients when forms completed.

Answer telephone promptly, identifying name and department.

Ensure all phone messages and patient cases are responded to within 24 hours.

Provide clear and courteous communication to patients and staff.

Assists with patient check–in and check-out and other front desk duties as needed to maintain smooth daily operations


Requirements

MINIMUM QUALITIFICATIONS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous medical or other clerical experience preferred.
