Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival

- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar

- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any needs or concerns

- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations

- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and proper serving techniques

- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
