We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Swim Coach to join our aquatic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and develop swimmers of all ages and skill levels, fostering a love for the sport while promoting safety, technique, and personal growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and lead swim training sessions tailored to different skill levels and age groups

- Teach proper swimming techniques, safety protocols, and stroke development

- Monitor and evaluate swimmers’ progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching

- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and safety guidelines

- Motivate and encourage swimmers to achieve their personal and team goals

- Maintain equipment and ensure the cleanliness and safety of the pool area

- Collaborate with other staff and management to coordinate events, competitions, and training programs

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a swim coach or lifeguard with coaching responsibilities

- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, strokes, and safety procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of various ages and skill levels

- CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Passion for swimming and athlete development
