About the Role
The Head of Professional for Australia & New Zealand leads Marketing, Sales, and Service for the professional appliance segment. This team drives sustainable growth in value and volume, delivers and defines country strategies aligned with global guidance. It fosters strong teams, with direct reports across the Field Sales, Marketing and Service channels, and builds a strong network with key customers and decision-making leaders.
Your Responsibilities
• In close collaboration with internal departments, ensure sustainable net sales, profit and loss, and volume growth in line or above targets
• Having full responsibility for the commercial success of the country, creates, aligns, and execute mid-term and annual budgets, operating plans, and investments.
• Contribute your expertise to organisational development and lead teams in line with our culture and values, supporting and growing a robust talent pool
• In close cooperation with your direct reports, elaborate and implement strategies for lead generation, digital marketing, direct and indirect sales, and service excellence
• Drive business development and innovation by identifying, following up, and expanding relevant opportunities
• In close collaboration with the German head office, execute international business initiatives and ensure seamless integration locally
What we are looking for
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree with a strong academic foundation
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading Sales teams
• Successful track record in B2B Sales
• Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver results and foster customer-centric solutions
• Exceptional leadership qualities that inspire teams, combined with strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
