Human Resources Coordinator

We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Los Angeles team. We’re looking for someone who loves helping others, is organized and focused on the details, and interested in learning from a team that emphasizes the “Human” in Human Resources. What You’ll Do:


You will work with the People & Culture (HR) team to organize, track, and support the team, demonstrating discretion and care. Tasks will include tracking and filing paperwork, approving and tracking professional development requests, updating employee information, conducting salary research, supporting the recruiting process, and more. You will use your organizational skills to make sure we don’t miss a step in taking care of our team, while showing them that their experience matters. We are targeting a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 for this position. Exceptionally qualified candidates may qualify for more.

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Two years’ experience in an office environment OR an Associates or Bachelor degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Interest in Human Resources
  • A customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • A collaborative approach to generating strategies and developing creative solutions
