About the Role
Join Our Team for the Upcoming Season!

Ramblin' Redwoods Campground & RV Park is seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Desk team for the upcoming camping season! If you enjoy working with people, love the outdoors, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we’d love to meet you.

We are hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Seasonal Front Desk Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service
  • Check guests in and out using reservation software
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries
  • Process payments and manage reservations
  • Provide information about park amenities, local attractions, and campground policies
  • Assist with light retail sales in camp store
  • Help resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Perform light administrative and organizational tasks as needed

  • Must pass background check
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Reservation system experience a plus, but not required
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
