Job Description

As a Restaurant Hostess, you should be providing accurate wait times and escorting guests to the dining and bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities 

  • Greeting and warmly welcoming guests as they arrive at our restaurant, providing personalized attention and ensuring their immediate comfort.
  • Assisting guests with seating arrangements, taking into account their preferences and any special requirements they may have.
  • Take care of the guest and ensure the cleanliness of their tables.
  • Ensure all the relevant procedures are adhered during the operations at a consistent manner.
  • Knowledgeable of the resort outlets promotions/opening hours and other guest related information.
  • Monitor and record guest movements in the outlet.  

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role in a resort or hotel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Energetic with a positive personality and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent team player, committed, and hardworking.
  • Can work with a team with minimum supervision.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
