Job Description

Within Sopra Banking Software (SBS), the Digital Engagement Global Business Unit is responsible for the development, commercialization, and operation of the Digital Banking Suite (DBS).
This suite includes customer-facing front-end engagement products (web, mobile, and other digital channels), as well as our offerings across Open Banking, AI & CRM, and Digital Lending.

We are seeking our new Senior Presales Consultant to contribute to our success by supporting presales activities in various geographies (EMEA): You will study, design and propose convincing and surprising digital solutions based on our portfolio of R&D components to win digital banking opportunities.

 

Your contacts are customers, sales representatives in each geography, as well as product or marketing directors and architects.

 

Your mission

  • Present and pitch our portfolio of solutions by highlighting the business and technological added value.
  • Demonstrate our added value through the use of product live demos.
  • Support the sales forces throughout the sales cycle and particularly in the development of commercial proposals.
  • Propose and illustrate ideas, feedbacks to improve the banking experience of customers during the presales phases.
  • Participate in technical evaluations of companies that can become partners.

Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Senior Presales Consultant pour contribuer à notre succès en accompagnant les activités de presales sur différentes zones géographiques (EMEA).
Votre mission consistera à analyser, concevoir et proposer des solutions digitales innovantes, convaincantes et différenciantes, en vous appuyant sur notre portefeuille de composants R&D, afin de remporter des opportunités en banque digitale.

Vos interlocuteurs seront les clients, les équipes commerciales locales, ainsi que les directeurs produits, marketing et architectes.

 

Responsabilité :

  • Présenter et promouvoir notre portefeuille de solutions, en mettant en avant leur valeur ajoutée métier et technologique.

  • Démontrer notre valeur à travers des démonstrations produits (live demos).

  • Accompagner les équipes commerciales tout au long du cycle de vente, notamment dans l’élaboration des propositions commerciales.

  • Proposer et illustrer des idées et retours permettant d’améliorer l’expérience bancaire client lors des phases de presales.

  • Participer aux évaluations techniques de partenaires potentiels.

Qualifications

 

  • You have solid experience in a Software company, Fintech or consulting firm
  • You are an expert in the best digital practices in the banking world and competent in the main banking business processes.
  • You are autonomous and proactive in your daily work. You show creativity and responsiveness.
  • You know how to argue to convince our clients in the decision-making phases of business.
  • You like to innovate and research what will make the difference.
  • You are focused on customer service (internal and external) and know how to think "outside of the box".

 

Being able to express yourself well orally and in writing in English and French is required.

 

  • Vous disposez d’une solide expérience au sein d’un éditeur de logiciels, d’une Fintech ou d’un cabinet de conseil.

  • Vous êtes expert(e) des meilleures pratiques digitales dans le secteur bancaire et maîtrisez les principaux processus métiers bancaires.

  • Vous êtes autonome, proactif(ve), créatif(ve) et réactif(ve) dans votre travail quotidien.

  • Vous savez argumenter et convaincre les clients lors des phases de décision.

  • Vous aimez innover, explorer de nouvelles idées et identifier ce qui fera la différence.

  • Vous êtes orienté(e) service client (interne et externe) et savez penser « out of the box ».

La maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, est indispensable.
