Salary: 35,438 including service charge
Your purpose will be: To deliver an exceptional five-star service experience by preparing and serving premium coffee and tea beverages, while creating memorable and personalised moments for every guest within Gallery, Scoff.
You will be accountable for: You will be responsible for consistently delivering warm, professional, and refined service that reflects the standards of a five-star luxury hotel.
- Delivering a consistently memorable and professional five-star guest experience
- Engaging guests with enthusiasm and confidence, sharing knowledge of our food and beverage offerings
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to the highest standards of presentation and taste
- Ensuring all service standards, policies, and procedures are followed to create a seamless luxury experience
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the barista station at all times
- Anticipating guest needs and responding with confidence, care, and attention to detail
- Supporting the wider Gallery team to ensure efficient, smooth, and collaborative service
- Preparing and serving a full range of hot and cold beverages with precision and consistency
- Delivering beverages efficiently while maintaining elegance and professionalism
- Providing warm, attentive, and personalised service to every guest
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge to confidently recommend beverages and suitable pairings
- Upholding all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with company policies
- Contributing positively to a professional, supportive, and high-performing team environment
Qualifications
What you will need to do in this role?
- Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality
- Possess strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques
- Communicate confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues
