Caregivers will support senior clients in their homes by assisting with activities of daily living, providing emotional support, and fostering meaningful connections to enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities also include helping clients maintain routines, encouraging independence, providing safe transport, and offering family support.

Description
- Starting pay from $16.50/hr. based on experience.
- Part-time, day shift hours, Monday – Friday, flexible scheduling.
- Starting hours range from 10-30 hours per week depending on your availability.
- All Part-Time employees will be able to build up to Full-Time hours if desired.
- HHAs and STNAs are encouraged apply, but we provide training for all experience levels!
- We provide a paid, comprehensive training program, as well as training shifts, plus paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.
- You will work for an agency with a great reputation and friendly and communicative supervisors who will work with your scheduling needs to promote work/life balance.
- You can become a certified Home Health Aide in 1 year or less, earning higher pay and opportunities to advance.

Requirements
- Must be compassionate, reliable, and want to make a difference in the lives of seniors
- Must be able to speak and read English fluently
- Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs
