WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll help maintain a high-end apartment community by:

- Completing resident service requests quickly and correctly

- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general interior and exterior issues

- Preparing luxury apartment homes for new residents with care and attention to detail

- Helping maintain resort-style amenities including pools, fitness areas, grills, pet parks, and outdoor spaces

- Keeping grounds and common areas clean and well maintained

- Using tools and equipment safely and following Panther’s safety guidelines- Participating in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

- Communicating clearly and respectfully with residents and team members

We’re searching for reliable, skilled maintenance professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a strong team.

You should have:

- Maintenance experience in apartment homes, hotels, commercial buildings, or similar settings

- Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to follow instructions, complete work orders, and use basic tools

- A positive, respectful approach with residents and coworkers

- Good time management and follow-through- Willingness to participate in on-call, weekend, or holiday rotations

Requirements

 QUALIFICATIONS:


CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- EPA Universal certification 

- We will consider candidates who have Type I/II or who are actively working toward their Universal

- Universal certification must be obtained within a set timeframe after hire


NICE TO HAVE 

- Strong HVAC skills

- Experience maintaining Class A amenities

- Pool maintenance experience


WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job involves indoor and outdoor work in different weather conditions. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs, using ladders, bending, kneeling, climbing, walking, and standing for long periods. Hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment are used daily.
