Saucon Valley Country Club is seeking a year-round, full-time Valet Attendant who will serve as both a valet and a welcoming greeter for our members and their guests. This role is a key part of the member experience and is often the first and last point of contact on property.


This position will average 35–40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Most shifts begin at 10:00 AM. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Benefits available after 60 days of employment.


Responsibilities


  • Warmly greeting members and guests in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
  • Providing valet tickets and safely parking and retrieving vehicles
  • Learning and remembering members’ names and building positive rapport
  • Becoming familiar with daily club events and activities
  • Directing members and guests throughout the property and answering event-related questions
  • Representing Saucon Valley Country Club with a consistently positive attitude

Requirements


  • High school diploma preferred
  • Extremely friendly, outgoing, and personable with a strong focus on member service
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn and remember members’ names and build rapport
  • Attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and vehicle care
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and dependable
  • Enjoys working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission and electric vehicles
