About The Company

Opened in 2019, The Win~Dow began as a corner hangout spot for the Rose Avenue Community, bringing together all types of people over one delicious burger. Open 7 days a week, The Win~Dow brings old and new school together by offering something for everyone, including fried chicken sandwiches, an $8 Grain Bowl, the famous $4.25 cheeseburger and its tough-to-tell-apart vegetarian cousin – the Beauty Burger. While the original location is attached to American Beauty Steakhouse, The Win~Dow expanded in 2021 to Los Angeles’s east side with their opening in Silver Lake. At the end of 2023 we opened a location in Long Beach. Description

American Beauty is a Steakhouse that takes inspiration from the classic American Steakhouse experience and translates it to the next generation of diners. We celebrate wood grilled steaks, seafood, Cali greens, over 200 wine selections and a thoughtful craft cocktail program. Our horseshoe bar and patio adorned with twinkling lights makes us a neighborhood favorite!

Requirements

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience as a server in a contemporary, chef driven and full-service restaurant
A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service
Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules)
Have a flexible schedule and open availability
