Position: Truck Team Member

General Labor / Customer Service / Driver

Location: Oahu (Office in Honolulu)

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time 


Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Base of $16/hr plus competitive profit share + tip program - make up to $25/hour!

Key Responsibilities

No two days are the same! This role is active, customer-facing, and performance-driven.

  • Drive company trucks on scheduled service routes (no special license required)
  • Remove unwanted items from residential and commercial properties
  • Lift and load 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Lead pricing conversations and confidently close on-site sales
  • Deliver professional, five-star customer service
  • Work outdoors and remain physically active throughout shifts

You will work alongside another Truck Team Member to deliver efficient service and a positive customer experience on every job.

Qualifications

  • 21+ years old (insurance requirement)
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Comfortable driving larger vehicles
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
  • Sales-oriented and motivated by performance-based pay
  • Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Experience in sales, customer service, moving, landscaping, construction, warehouse work, or driving is an asset but not required. We value attitude and work ethic as much as experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Driver’s License: Valid standard driver’s license required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience preferred.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
