We are currently seeking a part-time Hospitality Busser to support our Visitor Center, Wine & Food Pairing experiences, and special events. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a polished, welcoming environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure every guest experience runs seamlessly. 


Position Details 

This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position, generally scheduled Thursday through Monday, with flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as business demands. 

· Pay Range: $19-$20 per hour, plus tips 

· Schedule: 2–4 days per week, approximately 6–8 hours per shift 

· Overtime: Occasionally required, sometimes on short notice 


What You’ll Do 

Support Exceptional Guest Experiences 

· Work closely with the Wine & Food Pairing, Events, Tasting Room, and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations. 

· Bus food and wine discreetly and professionally in guest-facing settings when needed. 

· Assist with private tastings, events, and elevated hospitality programs. 

Maintain Operational Excellence 

· Set up, maintain, and break down tables, chairs, bus stations, and event spaces. 

· Wash, polish, and restock glassware and supplies. 

· Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, including end-of-day closing duties. 

· Support opening and closing checklists to ensure consistency and readiness. 

Be a Team Player 

· Restock wine and assist with packing guest orders. 

· Help carry and load wine purchases into guest vehicles when needed. 

· Support physical inventory counts with the Events team. 

· Communicate maintenance or facility issues promptly to leadership.

· Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned. 


Requirements

· Previous bussing or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person. 

· You’re dependable, punctual, and comfortable managing changing priorities.

· You communicate in a warm, professional manner and enjoy supporting guest-facing teams. 

· You are able to speak, read, and understand English.
