What's the role:
- Conduct monthly case reviews
- Perform client interviews and gather information for case development
- Communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Request, review, and analyze medical records and bills
- Draft and send demand letters to insurance adjusters
- Build and sustain excellent rapport with clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files throughout each case's lifecycle
- Ensure clients feel supported and informed

Requirements
What do you need to bring to the table:
- Thrives in a high-paced exciting environment
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases while supporting multiple attorneys
- Highly detail-oriented, efficient and accuracy in all aspects of case management
- 1-3 years' experience in pre-litigation case management
- Auto accident claims knowledge VERY helpful
- Knowledge of personal injury law and insurance claims process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems
- Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus but not necessary
- Office - onsite role
