About the Summer Internship Programme

The Summer Internship Programme 2026 is a four-week paid opportunity in our London office, designed to provide hands-on experience in a market-leading international commercial real estate firm. Interns will gain valuable industry exposure, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop key skills.

Programme Highlights

• Induction & Training: An introduction to Colliers' services, clients, and business operations.
• Project Work: Interns will work in small groups to research and present a business project at the end of the programme.
• Skills Development: Training sessions including RAPID Time Management, Courageous Conversations, and a live Q&A with the UK CEO.
• Professional Experience: Practical exposure to teams working across different service lines.
• Graduate Scheme Fast-Track: Successful interns will be automatically fast-tracked to the final stages of the 2026 London Graduate Scheme recruitment process.

• ​​​​​​Candidates with a strong interest in commercial real estate and a desire to pursue a career in the industry.
• Must be studying either a Undergraduate or Masters Degree.

• Language skills are desirable but not essential.

Additional information

• Duration: Four weeks, starting 6th July 2026
• Availability Requirement: Applicants must be available for the full duration of the programme.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland upon completion of their student visa. Visa sponsorship is not available.
