The main duties involve piloting the implementation and industrialization of production means based on project objectives, and identifying dysfunctions to implement necessary optimization actions, such as AMDEC studies. This role also requires communicating on established processes and results during Full Cadence Days or Evaluations, while managing project team communication, information flow, and reporting on budget, planning, and performance.

Description du poste

Pour renforcer son pôle défense, la Direction des projets structurés du groupe ALTEN recrute un chef de projets en industrialisation, sous la responsabilité du directeur de projets.

Missions principales

Piloter la mise en place et l’industrialisation des moyens de production a partir des objectifs de son projet

Identifier les dysfonctionnements et mettre en œuvre les actions nécessaires à l’optimisation des résultats (AMDEC)

Communiquer sur les process en place et les résultats obtenus lors de Journées Pleine Cadence ou Evaluation Pleine Cadence sur la base des standards clients

Communiquer et animer son activité : fédérer l’équipe projet, faciliter le flux d’information et rendre compte de son activités (suivis budget et reste à engager estimé, planning, niveau de performance, etc).

Qualifications

Formation / Expérience

Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) en gestion de projets
Minimum 6 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets
