We are looking for energetic and friendly people to join our work family full-time at The Pediatric Center of Frederick in our Mt. Airy office. An ideal candidate is a people person, very comfortable with computers and able to pay close attention to details. This position requires face to face interaction as well as lots of phone interaction so good communication skills and excellent customer service is paramount. The position is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. There may be times when travel to other offices within Frederick County is necessary to assist another team. We offer great benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a candidate that can help fill our core values through the following:

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND CREDENTIALS:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1 year experience in customer service is preferred
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to problem solve and offer solutions to patients and their families.
- Great customer service skills.
- Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written communication.
- Ability to use a computer, practice management software, copier, and fax machine.
- Team & service oriented, organized, has good judgment, punctual with stable work history.
