Overview
Assistant Production Managers will work directly with the Branch Production Manager to oversee the installation and services of their dedicated branch location. The objective of the position is to ensure install budgets are met, culture and safety is upheld. The most critical aspect of the position is to ensure the LeafGuard gutter system is installed to company standards while protecting the installation teams though company safety polices.
The role is also responsible to ensure production (installers and fabricators) is adhering to protocol and managing installation in accordance with all safety procedures.
The customers are communicated with on scheduling expectations and quality control after installation.
Responsibilities
Day to Day Operations:
- Scheduling services.
- Address customers complaints and concerns as needed.
- Collection of monies owed to the company by our customers.
- Schedule and report daily production activities to management.
- Be knowledgeable and aware of applicable local, state, and federal safety and OSHA programs.
- Implement efficient practices and modifications for improvement.
Safety:
- Understanding of Safety Procedures for LG installation and Machine, required PPE for each job
- Managing incident/accident rate in Branch with Safety Manager and developing local action plans for injury prevention
- Basic knowledge in CPR, first aid and emergency response (training required)
- Ensuring lead process is properly followed and documented
Customer Experience:
- Collection and handling of positive and negative customer service reviews
- Responsibility for customer complaint handling and documentation
- Ensure pre and post installation calls are completed to set expectations and verify quality of workmanship
- Conduct 3 jobsite visit per week to verify installation quality, jobsite cleanliness, and positive customer experience overall
