This position is In-Office only and Per Diem (3-6 months)

 


Quality Improvement- Data Analyst:

 Develops and maintains complex data analytical tools and assists with secondary technical support. Must live within 50 miles of the Evans, Colorado to be eligible for this position or willing to move within 50 miles of Evans, Colorado. 

 


Position Summary:

 With a Quality, Customer First, and Compassionate approach, The Quality Improvement- Data Analyst will:

 

  • Develop reports using appropriate analytical tools.
  • Develop the requirements and purpose of requested report, defining the scope and needs.
  • Ensures report output is appropriately tested and verified that it meets requirements.  
  • Ensures report documentation is completed timely and stored in an organized manner.  
  • Ensures established change control process is followed to ensure only approved reports are made available to the end users.  
  • Assist with maintaining HIPAA compliance standards.  
  • Maintain accurate logs, inventory lists and documentation to assist with meeting department objectives.  
  • Maintain relevant technical skills by taking advantage of training and education when they are made available.  
  • Stay knowledgeable of organization’s business objectives and administrative requirements by attending approved meetings, vendor training and other opportunities.  
  • Support training processes and/or host technical trainings as necessary in support of organization’s business objectives.  
  • When assigned, work within approved operational budgets. 
  • Collaboratively work with 3rd party vendors as necessary to support EHR and administrative systems and the technical environment.  
  • Communicate on an ongoing basis with the IT Director and team to review the status of projects.
  • Assist with technology projects including but not limited to, installs, hardware installation and application support.
  • Support end users with technical issues.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

  

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HIT or Information Technology or related field. 
  • 2 years’ experience in report writing and application administration, support, and system maintenance. 
  • Prior clinical background experience or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
