Summer Staff Positions at a Prestigious Country Club

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to fill a variety of roles across different departments, including golf operations, food and beverage service, and grounds maintenance. This is an excellent chance to develop professional skills, work in a friendly environment, and enjoy the scenic surroundings of our club.

Key Responsibilities (vary based on position):

- Assist with golf course operations, including golf carts, player assistance, and range support

- Provide exceptional customer service to club members and guests in the food and beverage department

- Service members daily at the pool snack bar, ensuring timely and efficient service to members

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, soft drinks, and snacks, maintaining high quality standards

- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously in dining areas

- Support grounds maintenance staff with landscaping, mowing, and general upkeep of the golf courses and club grounds

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

- Follow safety protocols and club policies at all times

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to work well in a team and independently

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Basic physical fitness and ability to perform outdoor work

- Previous experience in hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Must have landscaping experience for Golf Course Maintenance positions
