RNs Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and recording patient symptoms and medical histories
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and recording patient vital signs and medical information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards
RNs Requirements:
- Valid nurse license in the State of South Carolina
- CPR Certification
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Computer skills
