We’re hiring a Regional Security Manager

We’re looking for a Regional Security Manager to strengthen and lead security operations across our region, protecting people, assets, and reputation within a trusted international valuables logistics network.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Global Security Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing regional security strategy. This is not just about oversight — it’s about leadership, influence, and raising the security bar across multiple countries and partners. You’ll operate at the intersection of operations, compliance, intelligence, and risk mitigation — ensuring world-class security standards are embedded in everything we do.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Partnering with the Global Security Director to execute regional security strategy aligned with global standards
- Designing and implementing bespoke Secure Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to client and geographic risk profiles
- Conducting audits and inspections across locations, assets, and partners
- Driving compliance and enforcing corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement
- Vetting and evaluating critical subcontractors (armored transport, airlines, storage facilities, etc.)
- Building trusted relationships with law enforcement, government bodies, and security networks
- Leading security awareness and training programs across the region
- Monitoring incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing risk-reduction measures
- Contributing to strategic business decisions with expert security insight
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years’ progressive experience in security management
- Background in military, law enforcement, corporate security, or high-risk logistics environments
- Experience within international valuables logistics, armored transport, or similar sectors is highly desirable
- Strong track record in drafting and enforcing SOPs in complex operational settings
- Deep knowledge of global security standards, audit processes, and incident response
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent English (additional regional languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to travel extensively (50–60%) across the region and globally
