The Associate Director will oversee a team of digital experts across paid search, paid social and programmatic.

General R&R
-Maintain Manager Level accountabilities with the addition of:
- Conducting regular performance meetings within the team to manage the full delivery of budgets and KPI objectives, and ensuring the team meets deadlines
- Total accuracy on all output and provides a quality control on the output of others in the team, acting as an escalation point
- Anticipates opportunities and threats within the team and the marketplace
- Supporting internal teams in the client relationship
- Leading development plans for Associate Manager and Managers and coordinating the training of others in the team
- Setting best practice for the team and ensuring consistency of standards.
- Setting strategic objectives for the client and delivering against these.
Investment Outputs
- Owns Media Investment Strategy recommendation development
- Ensures best practices are being followed within Traffic Sheet and Media Plan creation
- Able to communicate timeline issues up and down when necessary
- Takes ownership of budget allocation and actualization across channels
- Responsible for Managed Service partner strategy, and rules of engagement
- Able to speak effectively and reliably to performance across all channels
- Responsible for constant campaign innovation including channels and partners
- Able to lead partner meetings and ask questions based on industry knowledge
- Responsible for internal best practice trainings and pushing the investment discipline forward
- Acts as day-to-day contact for PBQ
-Traffic Sheet QA & Coordination with PBQ
-Review Budget Tracker to ensure updates are made and are accurate
-Complete QAs
-Utilize Offshore tasks and ticketing system
-Review Media Recos/Media plans
-Work with marsci team to provide channel specific campaign performance updates
-Attend vendor meetings where needed to provide investment expertise
-Attend all required meetings and provide investment expertise/performance related needs where needed

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
