About The Company
IntraNerve Neuroscience (INN) is a national provider of neurodiagnostic and telemedicine services dedicated to protecting neurological function and improving patient outcomes. Founded in 2006, INN partners with hospitals and physicians across the United States to deliver high-quality, real-time neuromonitoring services that support safer surgeries and stronger neurological care programs. Our services include intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM), continuous EEG monitoring, and remote physician interpretation, all delivered through a coordinated clinical model designed for reliability, accountability, and responsiveness. As a Joint Commission–accredited telehealth organization, INN maintains rigorous standards of quality, clinical oversight, and operational integrity. Our team of experienced technologists, neurophysiologists, and clinical leaders provides 24/7 support to surgical and critical care teams, helping detect neurological risk early and guide informed clinical decisions. Each year, INN’s services support the care of more than 40,000 patients across hospitals nationwide. We believe neuromonitoring should be more than a technical service. It should be a trusted clinical partnership grounded in expertise, ethical practices, and a shared commitment to patient safety.
