Position Summary
As a Party Captain with Family Entertainment Group, you will lead parties and events, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. You’ll guide the flow of the celebration, manage the schedule, and provide outstanding service to create a fun, safe, and exciting environment for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent guest service throughout events.
• Prepare and clean party/event spaces before and after events.
• Follow and communicate a detailed event itinerary to ensure smooth transitions.
• Serve food, beverages, cake, and any additional options ordered by the birthday parents.
• Maintain cleanliness during the event, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Make the birthday guest of honor feel special and ensure all attendees have a memorable experience
Requirements
• Outgoing, confident, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Enjoys working with children and families.
• Flexible availability, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Prior experience is a plus but not required — training is provided.
