Responsibilities:

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to support RAC business growth in alignment with company objectives.
  • Expand and manage multi-channel sales network, including KA and offline channels.
  • Drive development of JD offline stores (Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities), local retail chain stores, and TOP decoration companies.
  • Develop and manage JD and Tmall Youpin offline franchise stores in Tier 3 & Tier 4 cities.
  • Strengthen the newly launched SHT self-operated sales channel and ensure effective integration with existing KA channels (Hisense Hitachi and Achiilic Hitachi).
  • Achieve annual sales targets and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to optimize channel strategy.
  • Ensure high-quality execution and strong customer relationship management across all sales channels.

  • 跟踪市场趋势及竞争动态,提供有效市场洞察,持续优化渠道策略。
  • 提升销售执行质量,加强客户关系管理,确保各渠道稳定健康发展。

 

     

     

      职位要求

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree or above.
      • 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC related industries.
      • Proven track record in KA and offline channel development.
      • Strong understanding of multi-channel retail environment in China market.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
      • Result-driven with strong ownership and growth mindset.
