Ebury Warsaw Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

Ready to turn the promise of AI into a tangible competitive advantage? We aren't looking for a theorist; we are looking for a Product Leader who has "been in the AI trenches" and knows what it takes to move from a prototype to a mission-critical tool.

At Ebury, our Internal AI Copilot is a cornerstone of our growth strategy. We need a visionary builder to lead its development, ensuring our global team has real-time, high-definition intelligence at their fingertips. As the Product Manager for our Internal AI Copilot, you will lead the charge in developing a sophisticated tool that synthesizes data from multiple disparate sources - CRM, internal data lakes, and external market intelligence. You will be the architect of "Actionable Context," ensuring that complex AI capabilities are translated into a simple, intuitive interface that solves real-world sales friction.

Your goal is to empower our staff with a tool that doesn't just show data, but tells them exactly how to win. Crucially, you will leverage the Copilot to revolutionize internal Learning & Development transforming the tool into a real-time coach that upskills our team, captures institutional knowledge, and accelerates the professional growth of every Eburian.

What you’ll do

  • Define and execute the roadmap for our internal AI Copilot, moving it to a mission-critical tool for our sales teams.
  • Design how the tool joins data from CRM, internal data lakes, and external intelligence to provide "human-readable" actionable insights.
  • Act as the translator between engineers and the end-users to ensure the product solves real-world sales friction.
  • Transform complex AI outputs into a seamless, intuitive experience, ensuring high adoption and measurable impact.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within an AI-first startup or a high-growth environment where you’ve built and scaled AI-driven products.
  • A strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and how Generative AI interacts with structured CRM data. You should be familiar with RAG frameworks and the challenges of data grounding.
  • Experience building internal tools or Salesforce integrations. You understand the "last mile" of delivering data to a sales professional.
  • You possess the rare ability to see past the technical complexity of AI to focus on the human experience, ensuring the tool is an assistant, not a distraction.

Why Ebury?

  • Competitive Starting Salary that truly rewards your performance from day one.
  • Dedicated Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced managers who are invested in your success.
