About the Role

Overview:

In this role, you will provide management within the Cyber Solutions Consulting team in order to support the Director achieve team objectives:

  • Technical oversight of projects and service delivery
  • Cyber Solutions Delivery contribution across presales pursuits
  • Provide leadership across cross-business unit presales and project engagements

Provide guidance from a technology architecture perspective across CPX internal initiatives

Responsibilities:

  • Provide management and supervision to Cyber Solutions Consulting
  • Design solutions and capabilities to perform cyber transformations, assessments, remediation, roadmap planning, general systems integration and deployments
  • Inputs into the CPX project delivery framework and provide technical oversight across internal and external projects
  • Contribute to the continuous development of Cyber Solutions Delivery policies, procedures & standards
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of standard operating procedures for a variety of Cyber Solutions Delivery related tasks.
  • Collaborate with partners, vendors, quality assurance, and account managers to provide technical direction on designs.
  • Generate new ideas and new ways to do business, to inspire a significant change within the client’s technical/operational environment by increasing revenue, decreasing costs or increasing productivity
  • Facilitate the design of innovative solutions that support the client’s strategic direction, develop and present quantifiable value propositions
  • Facilitate the translation of client organizational objectives and critical success factors into actionable business strategies, plans and enterprise architecture
  • Work closely with clients to provide holistic, end-to-end cyber resilience program advisory, transformation and operations
  • Takes responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution.
  • Review technical, business processes, standards and procedures make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to Cyber Solutions Consulting strategy focused on aligning to business unit and organizational goals.
  • Supports the sales team on pursuits, bid development, pricing and estimations.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities, promote services to clients, including participating in and leading meetings with prospective clients.
  • Coach the team to draft sales materials, including client proposals, marketing documents, and case studies.
  • Contribute to managing the financial performance of Cyber Solutions and Delivery.
  • Develop financially sound proposals.
  • Build, develop and manage technical capabilities within Cyber Solutions Consulting including resource allocations, skills maintenance and ensuring training and certifications match business requirements.
  • Direct the definition of architectural standards for the design and deployment of clients’ solutions.
  • Implement best practices, optimize processes, and establish success metrics to improve Cyber Solutions Consulting performance.
  • Lead teams to accomplish results by aligning performance plans to operational plan objectives.
  • Track team goals and performance to ensure targets are met and lead evaluations and manage communication on shared goals

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in application of cyber security, architecture, controls and best practice.
  • Possess a certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience at an enterprise level, with hands-on experience within a client facing systems integration environment
    Preferred industry qualifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.) which are directly related to cybersecurity
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or equivalent
