3.打字30+WPM,错误率不超过5%。
4.普通话流利,拥有优秀的口头表达、人际沟通和倾听能力。
5.具有很强的服务意识和咨询能力。
6.熟悉Windows电脑操作和OFFICE办公软件操作。
