The Bali Brunch offers a vibrant and uplifting brunch experience inspired by Bali’s tropical lifestyle and modern island culture. Guests can look forward to a colorful, nourishing selection of vegan and vegetarian soul food, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a true passion for mindful eating. Instead of a traditional buffet, each guest enjoys a beautifully curated “platter brunch” – an artful mix of warm and cold dishes served together, designed to delight the senses and celebrate Bali’s relaxed, easygoing spirit.

Job Description

How does your working day look like...

  • You take full responsibility for the successful operational management of the Bali Brunch – ensuring smooth service processes and impeccable quality of our Bali Brunch platters.
  • You actively work in day-to-day operations, both in the kitchen and in service, stepping in wherever support is needed.
  • You onboard and train new team members and organize trainings, team meetings, and power briefings for your existing team to ensure consistently high standards.
  • As a passionate host, you create true WOW experiences for our guests and make them feel genuinely welcome.
  • You handle administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, creating manuals, guidelines, and checklists.
  • You are responsible for menu updates and menu design, continuously developing and refining our Bali Brunch concept.

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

  • You have extensive experience as a Chef de Rang, have ideally already worked as a Breakfast Supervisor, or bring solid experience from the kitchen.
  • You inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests and are confident in organizing service operations as well as creating efficient duty rosters.
  • You enjoy taking responsibility, work independently, and actively contribute ideas to further develop the Bali Brunch concept.
  • You are a hands-on doer – and confident enough to admit when something didn’t go as planned.
  • You don’t just bring your skills – you bring your personality.
