Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a permanent opportunity in Fort Pierce, Florida.

The Registered Respiratory Therapist delivers high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care in accordance with departmental requirements and state scope of practice. As an integral member of the patient care team, the Respiratory Therapist performs diagnostic testing, delivers therapeutic interventions, and monitors patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation across the continuum of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered respiratory care in accordance with established standards of practice.

• Perform diagnostic respiratory tests and therapeutic procedures.

• Monitor patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

• Assess patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate documentation of respiratory care services provided.

• Support a safe, compassionate, and collaborative care environment.

COMPENSATION

Hourly Pay Range (Based on Experience)

• $30.34/hour (minimum)

• $41.50/hour (maximum)

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Respiratory Therapist license for the position you are applying for.

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/RCP-State) required.

• Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced acute care environment.
